Kaity Bandura

Kaity Bandura completed her training with Betsy Davis and Lauren Magarelli and received her RYT-200 certification from Bhakti Barn Yoga. She first stumbled into the world of yoga in 2007 as a high schooler in desperate need of some big-picture perspective and a good stretch. The physical practice quickly became a passion for her. Time and again yoga has served as a way for Kaity to come back to center and through her training and teaching she has found a true love for sharing yoga with others. When taking Kaity’s Vinyasa class, expect a well-rounded hour full of proper alignment, a focus on centering breath, and strengthening movement. When taking her Yin class, expect a slow, deep stretch and to leave calmer and with more clarity than when you entered.
